1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout, unless a free shipping offer is available on selected products or order values.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders across Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the exact amount at delivery.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or message from our team for verification. Orders may be delayed or canceled if confirmation is not received.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, where applicable.
7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your parcel is delayed due to courier issues, weather, or incomplete address details, we will do our best to assist you.
Please ensure your name, phone number, and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout.
8. Wrong Address / Unreachable Customer
If a customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, or remains unavailable after multiple courier attempts, the order may be delayed, returned, or canceled.
9. Damaged Parcel
If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and parcel photos so we can review the issue.
